2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
  • In case of failed transactions where amount is deducted but order is not confirmed, users should contact support.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Payment is successful but product/service is not delivered
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect deduction

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

4. Wallet Credits & Offers

  • In case of fraud, abuse, or policy violation, earnings may be reversed or cancelled.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as wallet credit, at our discretion.

7. Withdrawal Cancellations

  • Once a withdrawal request is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Delays may occur due to bank processing or verification checks.
